Refund Policy
This policy explains how CertPrepX subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and how we handle refund requests. It applies alongside our Terms of Use.
How Subscriptions Renew
CertPrepX offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions. Each subscription automatically renews at the end of its billing period until you cancel. Renewal keeps your access uninterrupted at the then-current rate for your plan.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again, and you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that you have already paid for, except as described below or where required by law.
Payments and Billing
Charged in Error
If you believe you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation, contact us at support@certprepx.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include the account email and approximate date of the charge so we can review it promptly.
Discretion and Consumer Rights
Refunds are issued at our discretion and in line with applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have in your jurisdiction; those rights apply in addition to the process described here.
How to Request or Dispute a Charge
To request a refund or raise a billing question, email support@certprepx.com. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Working with us directly is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing concern.
Relationship to the Pass Guarantee
Our Pass Guarantee is separate from this Refund Policy. The Pass Guarantee provides an extension of subscription access under its own terms — it is not a cash refund. Please review the Pass Guarantee page for its eligibility conditions.
