Pass Guarantee Terms
The CertPrepX Pass Guarantee
We build CertPrepX around a simple idea: if you do the work our platform sets for you and reach a genuine state of readiness, you should pass your certification exam. The Pass Guarantee is our commitment to that outcome. If you meet every eligibility condition below and still do not pass your official exam, we extend your premium subscription by three (3) months at no additional charge, so you can keep preparing without paying again.

Who is eligible
The guarantee applies to active premium subscribers who complete all of the following before sitting the official exam:
- Maintain an active premium subscription throughout your preparation.
- Complete your full assigned study plan in the platform.
- Score 85% or higher on at least three (3) full mock exams within CertPrepX.
Every one of these conditions must be met before your official exam date. Mock exams taken after you sit the exam, partial mock exams, or a study plan left incomplete do not qualify.

- Full assigned study plan completed ✓
- 85%+ on three (3) full mock exams ✓
- All of the above achieved before your exam date ✓
What you receive
If you meet the conditions and do not pass the official exam, we extend your premium subscription by three (3) months at no additional charge. The Pass Guarantee is a subscription extension only. It is not a cash refund and carries no cash value.
How to claim
To make a claim, email support@certprepx.com with proof of your official exam result. We typically respond within 2–3 business days. We will verify that your account met the eligibility conditions above before the exam date, and confirm your subscription extension once the claim is approved.
Claims are made in good faith and are intended to cover a single official exam attempt for which the eligibility conditions were met.
Billing and subscriptions
The Pass Guarantee affects only the length of your premium subscription. It does not change how you are billed and does not entitle you to a refund. For billing, renewals, and refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
