Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CertPrepX, an independent certification exam-preparation web application. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CertPrepX.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to use CertPrepX. The service is designed for working professionals preparing for certification exams and is not directed at children.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@certprepx.com.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You may use CertPrepX only for lawful, personal study. You agree that you will not:

Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the question bank or other content;
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying content or systems;
Share account access or use the service on behalf of others;
Attempt to circumvent payment, security, or access controls; or
Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on CertPrepX, including the question bank, explanations, and study materials, is independently created and owned by us or our licensors. Certification names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. See our Disclaimer & Trademarks page for details.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) auto-renew until cancelled. Billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

No Guarantee of Exam Outcome

Important: CertPrepX is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam, and we are not liable for exam outcomes. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertPrepX and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment, or violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CertPrepX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
