The CertPrepX Scholarship Program

Certification can change the direction of a career, and cost should not be the reason someone is shut out. Our scholarship program offers a limited number of needs-based awards to candidates for whom a premium CertPrepX subscription is a genuine barrier to preparing for their exam.

What a scholarship covers

Scholarships are awarded at our sole discretion, based on demonstrated need and current availability. Because the number of awards is limited, applying does not guarantee an award. Depending on your circumstances and what we can offer at the time, a scholarship may cover a full or partial premium subscription for a defined period.

How to apply

To apply, email support@certprepx.com and include:

• The certification you are preparing for (for example CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001, or AAIA).
• Your target exam date.
• A brief description of your circumstances and why a premium subscription is a barrier for you.

You do not need to prepare a formal essay or supply extensive documentation. A short, honest summary of your situation is what we ask for. We typically respond within 2–3 business days to confirm we have received your application.

How applications are reviewed

Each application is reviewed individually. We weigh demonstrated need and the availability of awards at the time you apply. Because circumstances vary widely, we do not apply a rigid formula; we read every request on its own terms and aim to direct support where it makes the most difference.

Award conditions

A scholarship is granted to you for your own preparation. It cannot be transferred to another person or account, and it has no cash value. If we find that an account benefiting from a scholarship is being shared or misused, we may revoke the award. Scholarships apply to premium access on the platform and do not alter our standard billing terms for paid subscriptions, which are described in our Refund Policy.
