Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to accessibility
CertPrepX should be usable by everyone preparing for certification, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checkbox.
What we test
As part of building and maintaining the public site, we test for:
- Keyboard operability — core interactions can be reached and used without a mouse.
- Sufficient color contrast — text and interface elements are checked against contrast guidelines for readability.
- Screen-reader labelling — interface elements are labelled so they can be announced meaningfully by assistive technology.
- Reduced-motion preferences — we respect the system setting for users who prefer reduced or minimal motion.
An ongoing effort
Accessibility work is never finished. As we add and improve features, we continue to test and refine the experience. Some areas — particularly newer or more advanced features — may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where that is the case, we treat it as a gap to close, and your reports help us prioritize.
Reporting a barrier or requesting an alternative format
When you contact us, it helps to include the page or feature involved, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what you expected to happen. The more specific the detail, the faster we can reproduce the issue and find a fix or a workaround for you.
We welcome your feedback
Specific, real-world feedback is the most valuable input we get. If something worked poorly, or worked well, we would like to hear about it at support@certprepx.com. Your experience directly shapes where we focus next.
